Order Acceptance: All products are made to order. The waiting period depends on the quantity of products ordered. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to stock limitations or other unforeseen circumstances.
3. Wellness and Reiki Services
Scope of Practice: CHBFresh offers holistic wellness and Reiki services based in natural healing, herbal wisdom, energy healing and client empowerment. These services are not medical in nature. We do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. All guidance and recommendations are offered within the scope of holistic wellness and with respect for your freedom of choice.
Booking and Participation: By booking a session, you agree to share accurate information and participate voluntarily. You may choose to provide details such as your reason for booking or any medication you’re currently taking to help us prepare with care and relevance.
Safety and Duty of Care: While we treat all client and pet information with discretion, we reserve the right to break confidentiality if we believe there is a risk of serious harm to you, your pet, or others. In such cases, we may contact a relevant healthcare provider, veterinarian, or emergency service to ensure appropriate support is available.

4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing: We list all prices in ZAR and may change them without notice.
Payment: We accept direct bank deposits, and all other payments are processed through Payfast. Payment must be received before your order or session is confirmed.
5. Shipping and Delivery
Shipping: We offer delivery within South Africa and worldwide through our courier partners. Shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on your location, shipping zone, and selected method. Customs duties or import fees may apply for international orders and after 600g, it will be the responsibility of the recipient.
Delivery: We aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
