CHBFresh Shipping Policy

At CHBFresh, our shipping policy reflects the care and clarity we bring to every order. We lovingly prepare and ship all parcels, ensuring your natural wellness products arrive safely, promptly, and with heart — whether you’re in South Africa or abroad.

South Africa – Local Delivery

Within South Africa, we offer a flat rate of R115 per order, anywhere in the country. Orders of R900 or more qualify for free eco-conscious delivery automatically, with no code required. Because all products are made to order, most parcels are dispatched within three business days, depending on the size and complexity of the order. Delivery usually takes between two and five business days, depending on your location.

International Delivery

We are happy to now ship worldwide through our trusted partner, FedEx Express. Our flat‑rate zones are carefully structured to balance fairness and reliability. CHBFresh covers all customs charges for parcels with product weight up to 650 g. For heavier parcels, additional customs duties may apply, which will be billed separately to you.

Western and Central Europe is R1 400, North America is R1 400, Asia Pacific (including Japan, Australia, and the Philippines) is R1 600, Latin America and the Caribbean is R1 850, and the Rest of World zone is R1 850. International orders are generally dispatched within three business days, with transit times varying by destination but typically ranging from five to ten business days.

We choose eco‑conscious delivery methods that are lower impact than overnight shipping. By allowing a little extra time, we reduce environmental impact while still ensuring your parcel arrives safely and promptly. Our courier partners understand the nature of our products — natural skincare and wellness items that require gentle handling. Every parcel is treated with care, respect, and an awareness of the healthy intention behind each item. This slower, more mindful approach supports both the planet and your wellness.
