Online Bookings

We use Bookly to manage online appointments. When you book a session, you’ll be asked to share your name, birthdate, email address, phone number, country, and selected service. You may also choose to provide additional information—such as your reason for booking or any medication you’re currently taking—to help us prepare for your session with care and relevance.

This information is treated with discretion. All guidance and recommendations are offered within the scope of holistic wellness, with respect for your freedom of choice and personal path.

Booking data is securely stored and retained for up to 12 months to support client care, scheduling, and administrative needs. You may request deletion of your booking data at any time.

Safety and Duty of Care

While I treat all client and pet information with discretion and respect, I reserve the right to break confidentiality if I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you, your pet, or others. In such cases, I may contact a relevant healthcare provider, veterinarian, or emergency service to ensure appropriate support is available. This is done with care and only when necessary, in alignment with my ethical commitment to wellbeing and safety.

If you upload images to the website, please avoid including embedded location data (EXIF GPS). Visitors may be able to download and extract location data from publicly visible images.

Cookies
