Reiki Level 1 Certification Course
Reiki Level 1 is the foundation of learning Reiki. This certification course is designed to be simple, practical, and deeply helpful. You will learn how to cleanse your chakras, prepare step by step for a session, and conduct Reiki on yourself and others.
What is Reiki?
Reiki is universal life energy. ’Rei’ means Universal and ‘Ki’ means Energy. This positive energy healing practice has existed for about 2500 years. It was structured, named Reiki, and refined by Mikao Usui in the early 1920s. In this course, you will understand how Reiki flows through all living beings and how everything is connected. This background prepares you before moving into self‑healing and working with others.
Reiki Level 1 Self‑Healing
You will start with pre‑session steps that calm your nervous system and prepare you to channel Reiki energy. You will then learn the hand positions for self‑healing. Each position is explained in a way that is easy to follow.
Reiki on Others
This section teaches you how to Reiki others. You will learn clear hand positions and respectful ways to use Reiki on others, so you can practice with family, friends, or clients.
Attunements and Certificate
At the end of the course, you will complete a short quiz to reflect on what you’ve learned. You will then book your Reiki Level 1 attunements, which align your energy and connect you to Reiki for life. After your attunements, you will receive your certificate of completion. There will be a 21-day self-healing practice period following the attunements. Christina is available to support you during this 21‑day practice period.
