How a Blood Group Diet Changed My Life for the Better!

From Health Crisis to Blood Group Diet Clarity

In January 2018, I faced a serious health scare. After years of ignoring persistent pain, I ended up in hospital with a gallbladder on the verge of bursting. The emergency surgery saved my life—and forced me to rethink how I eat. Before that, I struggled to gain weight. I ate sweets, pork, potatoes, bread, cheese, and full-cream drinks daily. I loved coffee, hot chocolate, and crinkle-cut crisps. Despite all this, I stayed at 49 kg. My body refused to respond. After the surgery, everything I used to enjoy made me sick. I couldn’t eat without discomfort. Out of desperation, I asked my local natural pharmacy for a blood group food list. I heard it might help, and it did.

Letting Go of What No Longer Served Me

Most of the foods I’d eaten my whole life were on the “avoid” list for my blood type. Even some healthy ones. No wonder my body couldn’t heal or gain weight. Switching to a blood group diet wasn’t easy. I had to let go of gluten, sweets, coffee, and my beloved oven-grilled pork and potatoes. But I stayed committed. Slowly, my body adjusted. The cravings faded. My health improved.

Lasting Change with the Blood Group Diet

Within months, I started gaining weight—gram by gram. By the end of 2018, I was 5 kg heavier. Today, I’m at my ideal weight and have maintained it for seven years. I rarely get sick, my energy is up, and the tremor in my left hand is gone. If you’re tired, sick, or stuck with your weight, I encourage you to check your blood type food list.
