Non-Refundable Clause
Due to the sensitive nature of our natural skincare and other handcrafted products, we unfortunately do not accept returns. Please double-check your order before checking out, ensuring that you verify product selection, quantity, and any other details.
Wellness Services
All online wellness services are offered with care, preparation, and professional integrity. Once a session is booked and confirmed, it is considered final. We do not offer refunds for completed sessions or missed appointments. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance so we can accommodate your request where possible.
Guidance and recommendations are provided within the scope of holistic wellness and do not replace medical advice. We encourage you to participate with openness and to share any relevant information that may support your session.
