My name is Christina. At CHBFresh, I craft each product and service with a natural approach to wellness which is rooted in care. With a deep commitment to honesty, integrity, holistic wellbeing, ethical, natural sourcing, and emotional safety. This Code of Ethics reflects the values I live by and the standards I uphold across all wellness services, handcrafted products, and client interactions.

Code of Ethics for Scope of Practice

I practice as a Holistic Wellness Practitioner, backed by over 16 internationally recognized certifications. In addition, I also formulate natural skincare products which draws on more than 11 years of hands-on experience. My work is rooted in natural skincare, holistic wellness, nutrition & herbal wisdom, and client empowerment. I am not a medical doctor, dietician, or veterinarian, and I do not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. I offer guidance and recommendations to support your well-being—always with respect for your freedom of choice and personal path.

Natural Integrity

I formulate all skincare and wellness offerings with pure, natural ingredients. And I never use synthetic additives, harsh preservatives, or misleading “greenwashed” claims. What I formulate is what I believe in—and what I use for myself and my family.

I formulate every skincare product, balm, oil and herbal blend with conscious care for both human and pet wellness. I honor the wisdom of nature and the science of safety, blending tradition with gentle innovation.

Eco-Responsibility

CHBFresh is committed to eco-conscious practices—from ingredient sourcing to packaging choices. I minimize waste, avoid harmful plastics, and choose suppliers who respect the earth and its rhythms.

I treat every client with respect, empathy, and discretion. Your comfort, safety, and freedom of choice are central to every offering. I never overpromise results, and I always honor your pace, your story, and your sovereignty.

Code of Ethics for Pet Wellness

I approach all pet wellness services and offerings with the same care and caution I give my own beloved dog. And therefore, I avoid known toxins, prioritize holistic support, and never recommend anything I wouldn’t use in my own home.

Transparent Communication

I strive for clarity on my website, all labels, each product page, every booking flow, and every email. You’ll always know what’s in a product, how to use it, and what to expect. If something’s unclear, I welcome your questions with warmth and respect.

Code of Ethics – Safety and Duty of Care

While I treat all client and pet information with discretion and respect, I reserve the right to break confidentiality if I believe there is a risk of serious harm to you, your pet, or others. In such cases, I may contact a relevant healthcare provider, veterinarian, or emergency service to ensure appropriate support is available. This is done with care and only when necessary, in alignment with my ethical commitment to wellbeing and safety.
